Hugh Hefner’s widow and children must stay off drugs to access Playboy fortune

It’s been revealed that Hugh Hefner’s four children, Christie, David, Marston and Cooper will share his $43 million fortune, but there’s a catch – they must remain drug free to gain access to it!

The documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight reveal that his widow Crystal and his children also cannot be dependent on alcohol if they are to access their inheritance.

Although wife Crystal signed a pre-nup which prevents her from inheriting the $43Million family fortune, she was left a $5Million house and a large sum of cash, but she too must adhere to the no drugs or alcohol dependency rules.

According to ET, no one will have access to their trust if “the trustees reasonably believe that a beneficiary of any trust routinely or frequently uses or consumes any illegal substance so as to be physically or psychologically dependent upon that substance or is clinically dependent upon the use or consumption of alcohol or any other legal drug or chemical substance that is not prescribed by a board certified medical doctor or psychiatrist in a current program of treatment supervised by such doctor or psychiatrist.

(Basically what we said, but longer and fancier!)

And according to the documents, the same rules apply if the beneficiary “is unable to care for himself or herself, or is unable to manage his or her financial affairs.”

Sounds like they will be set for life as long as they adhere to Hef’s rules!
