“I never had my hand up her skirt. I can pass a polygraph” – David Mueller speaks out after losing Taylor Swift case

David Mueller has finally spoken out after being charged with assault and battery for allegedly groping Taylor Swift at a concert in 2013.

The DJ is still denying the allegations that he had her hand up her skirt during the backstage meet and greet, and wants to take matters further to prove his innocence…

“What I’m saying is that I didn’t do what they say I did,” he told ABC News yesterday, in an interview which was shown on Good Morning America.

“I didn’t do it. I never grabbed her. I never had my hand under her skirt and I can pass a polygraph.”

When asked why he waited two years to sue Taylor Swift for defamation, he explained that he originally “asked for something in writing, which stated there was a misunderstanding” so he could “possibly convince” radio stations to hire him after he was fired from KYGO following the groping allegations.

He didn’t get this, hence the trial…

David Mueller also revealed that he has plans to appeal the judge’s decision.

Will he get a polygraph to prove his innocence? We guess we’ll have to wait and see…
