Jessica Chastain reveals Harvey Weinstein forced her to wear Marchesa… and tried to humiliate her when she didn’t!

Jessica Chastain has revealed even more about her relationship with Harvey Weinstein.

The actress said that the disgraced producer pressured her into wearing Marchesa – the clothing brand of his wife, Georgina Chapman – and tried to make her life hell when she refused!

Jessica said that he insisted she wear a Marchesa dress to the premiere of The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby, which was distributed by one of his companies, Weinstein Co.

However, she actually wore a stunning blue Atelier Versace gown instead, which Weinstein was less than happy about. So much so that he publically berated her when introducing her…

“He actually told the audience, ‘If I had to get in a boxing ring with Muhammad Ali or Jessica Chastain, I would choose Muhammad Ali,’” Jessica Chastain told WSJ Magazine about the incident.

And Jessica isn’t the only actress Harvey Weinstein allegedly tried to force into a Marchesa gown…

Felicity Huffman revealed that she was pressured into wearing a Marchesa gown to the 2006 Golden Globes – and HW reportedly threatened to stop financially supporting the promotion of her film Transamerica if she went against his wishes.

And according to Page Six, he was also livid when Kerry Washington refused to wear Marchesa to the 2013 Oscars. (She wore Miu Miu instead, and looked absolutely sensational if we may say!)
