Kate Upton accuses Guess founder Paul Marciano of sexual and emotional harassment

Kate Upton is the latest famous face to come forward as a victim of sexual misconduct, as she has accused Guess founder Paul Marciano of sexual and emotional harassment.

She modelled for the brand back in 2011…

“It’s disappointing that such an iconic women’s brand @GUESS is still empowering Paul Marciano as their creative director #metoo,” Kate Upton wrote on her Instagram and Twitter accounts.

“He shouldn’t be allowed to use his power in the industry to sexually and emotionally harass women.”

“He shouldn’t be allowed to use his power in the industry to sexually and emotionally harass women.”

According to TMZ, Marciano is shocked by the accusations, and claims he has neither touched nor been left alone with Kate Upton.

“If she has a claim, there’s one place to tell the truth and that’s in court or to the police,” Marciano reportedly told TMZ.

Kate Upton was reportedly let go for her apparent unprofessionalism, including arriving on set after late nights “looking terrible.” Marciano believes that that was her motivation for making the accusations.

Kate Upton is currently the only well-known model to speak out against the Guess founder. However, The Blast reported on a court case involving a woman called Lindsay Ring back in 2009…

The lawsuit reportedly claims that Marciano “began to create a hostile work environment for Ms. Ring by making sexual comments to her, repeatedly touching her inappropriately and without her consent, and attempting on at least two occasions to fondle her sexually after taking her to a private area at the worksite.”

Guess told The Blast that following their own external investigation, they “did not find evidence to substantiate Ring’s claims of harassment or hostile work environment.”

Hm… Will anyone else come forward? And will Kate Upton go into more detail about the alleged harassment? Only time will tell!
