It comes as no surprise to learn that Kim Kardashian is in no hurry to return to the French capital for Paris Fashion Week.
Almost a year after her horrific robbery, in which she feared she would be raped and killed, Kim understandably still can’t face going back to the (sort of) scene of the crime.
“Kim has come a long way from the robbery but that said, it’s a daily struggle to move past it and she probably never will be past it entirely,” an insider said.
“Kim still speaks of the robbery as the most horrific experience she has ever had. She is still vulnerable and cries about the robbery,” another insider added.
Surprisingly, Kendall Jenner – who is one of the most in demand catwalk models right now and has walked in some of the biggest shows this season – will be skipping PFW too, although older sis Kourtney will reportedly still be attending.
We completely understand why Kim will probably be scarred for life following the traumatic robbery, which she spoke about in great detail a few months later…
“What I think happened now, after, like, thinking about it so much, is that there was probably a group of guys that were following us the entire trip,” she recalled back in March.
“I was Snapchatting that I was home and that everyone was going out, so I think they knew Pascal was out with Kourtney, and that I was there by myself.
“They had to have known we were leaving that day. They had this window of opportunity, and just went for it.”
The thieves, along with ten other people connected to the crime, were arrested in January this year.
