The friend said that the 35-year-old actor lost a lot of close friends after he was found guilty of possessing child pornography.

He even wanted to move from his Los Angeles home to get away from everything.

“After the scandal, a lot of people cut him out,” the friend added.

“There were certain people he would talk to here and there but he lost all his true friendships.

“He moved away from Los Angeles after the news broke because he wanted to just get out.”

Mark Salling was found dead near his Los Angeles home on Tuesday morning.

He was due to be sentenced to four to seven years in prison after pleading guilty to possessing child pornography.
