Melania Trump celebrated quite the milestone this weekend – a whole year since being in the White House!
The First Lady tried to mark the milestone by posting a (probably) obligatory commemorative status on social media…
“This has been a year filled with many wonderful moments,” she shared on both Instagram and Twitter accounts.
“I’ve enjoyed the people I’ve been lucky enough to meet throughout our great country & the world!”
However, many people on Twitter were quick to point out that the past year was less than wonderful, with users referencing everything from the devastating storms to the hypocrisy surrounding her anti-bullying campaign to Donald Trump’s general ruling to prove otherwise…
“Somewhat of a Stormy first year, wouldn’t you say Mel?”
“Of course! Govt shutdown, tax breaks for the rich, the fool golfing more than doing his job. Great moments indeed!!!”
“Take it a step further, how she gone have a campaign on bullying when she can’t stop her husband from committing cyber bullying. #TrumpShutdown #TrumpCyberBully”
“First lady #MelaniaTrump says first year has been ‘filled with many wonderful moments’ (I’m wondering if #StormyDaniels was one of those many wonderful moments?)”
Do you think Melania Trump should have thought twice about her status?
