Following the string of allegations against Kevin Spacey, Netflix has announced that it is cutting all ties with him.
Netflix has confirmed that it will be continuing with the popular House of Cards show without Kevin Spacey.
“Netflix will not be involved with any further production of House of Cards that includes Kevin Spacey,” a spokesperson in a statement.
“We will continue to work with Media Rights Capital during this hiatus time to evaluate our path forward as it relates to the show. “
Netflix also confirmed that it won’t be releasing Gore, a biopic on American writer Gore Vidal starring Kevin Spacey…
“We have also decided we will not be moving forward with the release of the film Gore, which was in post-production, starring and produced by Kevin Spacey.”
The production of House of Cards was immediately suspended on October 31, when Star Trek’s Anthony Rapp first made the allegations against Spacey.
