It was just found out that Nicki Minaj’s Beverly Hills mansion was recently burglarized. The suspect or suspects got away with around $175,000 worth of jewelry and other items, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The exact date of the burglary is still unknown, since the famous musician hadn’t been in her Los Angeles residence since November 24, 2016. Because she was out of town, the residence was left unattended.
According to TMZ, not only was her 11,500-square-foot mansion burglarized, but it was also trashed. The furniture in the nine-bedroom mansion was flipped, while other items in the house got vandalized.
Sources close to Nicki say that she is currently very pissed that this happened, but that she learned a very valuable lesson from it all. Apparently, she is getting a new security system with cameras that will cover every entrance to the mansion. She will also be hiring 24/7 security guards for both when she’s at her residence and out of town.
The robbery is currently under investigation, although there are no suspects at this time.
