AG Sessions Considers Second Special Counsel to Investigate Clinton

Finally, Trump’s Attorney General Jeff Sessions told prosecutors to, let me quote: “look into certain issues” with regard to the Clinton Foundation and the Uranium One deal. As per a report via Fox News, Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd wrote a Department letter which describes how AG Jeff Sessions, let me quote again: “has directed senior federal prosecutors to evaluate certain issues raised in your letters”, end quote, as per previous requests made by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte asking the DOJ to investigate  the Obama-era Uranium One deal.

Another report via the failing  New York Times claims that AG Sessions asked his people in the DOJ to use a special prosecutor to investigate the Clinton Foundation. If this happens, the special prosecutors will have to investigate possible misconduct in relation to the decision to approve the sale of Uranium One in 2010 and the Clinton Foundation, which received tens of millions of dollars from dubious individuals/companies (as in Russian-related) during the exact the same period.

Sessions’ move comes as Republican congressmen Matt Gaertz and Jim Jordan called on him (in a piece for FoxNews) to probe the FBI investigation into HRC’s private email server-use or resign.

Did Sessions come out from under his desk, or did he just send a note telling someone to pretend like they are going to be doing something about the lawlessness of the Clinton crime family? Mr. Session, we are so impressed! It only took you a year to start looking into this known money laundering /cesspool of corruption, called the Clinton Foundation.

How many of these prosecutors in the Department of Justice are Obama hold overs? I had great hope for Sessions but its time for him to go. President Trump asked his Attorney General Sessions for months now to appoint a special prosecutor to look into the Clintons’ deals. And now, as per a  Washington Post piece, Jeff is “entertaining the idea” of appointing a special counsel (the second). Well, it’s just about time, it only took him a year.

Consider not. Do. Or do not. There is no consider, to quote Master Yoda.
