According to a recent report from Bild, a huge 92% of left wing activists in Berlin (think ANTIFA) are still living with their parents while 33% of them are unemployed.
To put things into perspective, the official unemployment rate in Berlin is around 10% (Germany’s overall unemployment rate is 6%), which makes left wing activists to be a very interesting bunch, to say the least.
The report is based on a survey of 873 political activists investigated by the German police during a 10 years period, between 2003 and 2013 respectively.
Of the 873 subjects investigated, 84% were men whilst 73% of them were between 18 and 29 years old. A third were unemployed while the vast majority of them were still living with their parents and if that doesn’t fill all the stereotypes of the leftist social justice warrior, I don’t know what does.
According to the figures published by Bild (a Berlin newspaper), when it comes to offences committed by the left wingers against a person, in 80% of the cases the victims were police officers and in 15% of the cases the victims were right wing activists.
The same ANTIFAs or lefties were responsible for the attempted murder of 11 people from 2009 to 2013.
The figures were compiled Germany’s Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV) and more than half of the arrests were made in the districts of Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain and Mitte (Berlin) especially during protests and demonstrations.
