Eleven Counties in California Have More Registered Voters than Voting-Age Citizens

According to a recent study performed by Judicial Watch, eleven Californian counties have more registered voters than voting-age citizens. Judicial Watch is a well-known conservative watch dog organization and they’ve sent a letter to Alex Padilla, California’s Secretary of State warning him about their findings which may lead to California being out of compliance with Section 8 of the NVRA (National Voter Registration Act). To quote from the letter from Judicial Watch:

NVRA Section 8 requires states to conduct reasonable list maintenance so as to maintain an accurate record of eligible voters for use in conducting federal elections.1 As you may know, Congress enacted Section 8 of the NVRA to protect the integrity of the electoral process. Allowing the names of ineligible voters to remain on the voting rolls harms the integrity of the electoral process and undermines voter confidence in the legitimacy of elections.

As the top election official in California, it is your responsibility under federal law to coordinate California’s statewide effort to conduct a program that reasonably ensures the lists of eligible voters are accurate.

And there are some specific metrics in the respective letter:

“[T]here were more total registered voters than there were adults over the age of 18 living in each of the following eleven (11) counties: Imperial (102%), Lassen (102%), Los Angeles (112%), Monterey (104%), San Diego (138%), San Francisco (114%), San Mateo (111%), Santa Cruz (109%), Solano (111%), Stanislaus (102%), and Yolo (110%).”

Judicial Watch threatens to sue California’s Secretary of State Alex Padilla if he fails to remove from the rolls, let me quote again:

“persons who have become ineligible to vote by reason of death, change in residence, or a disqualifying criminal conviction, and to remove noncitizens who have registered to vote unlawfully.”

Alex Padilla has two weeks to respond and 90 days to comply to Judicial Watch’ request, i.e. to correct the issues which are basically violations of the law. Alex Padilla is a very popular never-Trumper in the state of California and he vehemently opposed Donald Trump’s Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity (a volunteer based organization aimed at monitoring voter fraud/irregularities), while refusing to share voter data with the FEDs, arguing that doing so he would, let me quote:

legitimize false claims of massive election cheating last fall.

Democrats always claim there is no voter fraud to speak of, but then they block every attempt to investigate this issue. If there is “nothing there” ,they shouldn’t care if  the FEDs investigate the voting process right down to matching every voter with the district they are registered in. But the fact of the matter is they don’t want an investigation because they know they are breaking the law in a massive way by allowing illegal aliens to vote.

And truth be told, Russia is not influencing our elections – Mexico is. And the Democrats are colluding. Remember Barry Obama telling non citizens that they had nothing to fear by voting in the 2016 election. The Democrat Party is as corrupt as Capone’s organization ever was. If national voter ID laws were passed, the Democrats would never win the presidency again and they know it. Their only real election strategy is massive voter fraud.
