The United States Immigration and Customs (ICE) director Tom Homan confirmed yesterday that the suspect arrested in connection to setting fires in California is an illegal alien, and more than that: a five-time deported illegal alien, namely Jesus Fabian Gonzalez.
The pundit was arrested a number of times prior to his latest stunt, yet ICE was not notified, not once, because Gonzalez was arrested in a sanctuary county. The fires which devastated Northern California claimed the lives of at least 42 people and have caused more than one billion dollars in damages.
Jesus Fabian Gonzalez, an illegal alien from Mexico who has been returned to his home country on two separate occasions was arrested on Thursday in connection with intentionally setting a fire in Sonoma County Wine Country.
ICE has asked for Jesus Fabian Gonzalez to be detained 5 times in 2017 alone, including a detainer request issued on October 16th with regard to the pundit’s most recent arrest (obviously, arson suspicion).
However, Sonoma County is a sanctuary jurisdiction and consequently it does not fully cooperate with ICE/federal immigration law enforcement, ICE detainer requests included.
The tragedy ends, as the farce begins. The thing is, Governor Jerry Moonbeam Brown’s beloved sanctuary policies created all this mess and he should be held accountable for all damages, including loss of life. There’s an old saying, you get what you vote for; however, in progressive California, you also get what the illegals vote for.
The real citizens of California must insist on voter I.D. laws before the next election. Governor Brown signing up the illegals to vote with a drivers license should be considered a criminal act.
