Arizona Senator Jeff Flake dramatically announced his exit from the political life, confirming to the Arizona Republic that he will not longer run for re-election in 2018, thus joining his fellow RINO Senator Bob Corker.
After revealing his early retirement so to speak, Jeff Flake spoke on the Senate floor and he launched a very nasty attack on President Donald Trump’s administration, telling his fellow Senators that following Trump’s election, United States politics have become affected by the “reckless, outrageous and undignified behavior” coming from the White House.
We must never regard as “normal” the regular and casual undermining of our democratic norms and ideals. We must never meekly accept the daily sundering of our country – the personal attacks, the threats against principles, freedoms, and institutions, the flagrant disregard for truth or decency, the reckless provocations, most often for the pettiest and most personal reasons, reasons having nothing whatsoever to do with the fortunes of the people that we have all been elected to serve.
Reckless, outrageous, and undignified behavior has become excused and countenanced as “telling it like it is,” when it is actually just reckless, outrageous, and undignified.
And when such behavior emanates from the top of our government, it is something else: It is dangerous to a democracy. Such behavior does not project strength — because our strength comes from our values. It instead projects a corruption of the spirit, and weakness.
dixit soon to be former Senator Jeff Flake. It’s pretty obvious that both Trump’s chief strategist Steve Bannon and the POTUS himself are very happy with Flake’s decision to retire, as they threw their support behind Jeff Flake’s nemesis, his REP primary challenger in Arizona, Kelli Ward respectively.
Great to see that Dr. Kelli Ward is running against Flake Jeff Flake, who is WEAK on borders, crime and a non-factor in Senate. He’s toxic!

Phoenix crowd last night was amazing – a packed house. I love the Great State of Arizona. Not a fan of Jeff Flake, weak on crime & border!

I’m so sick of these so-called “Republicans” that only attack other Republicans, just like Romney did in 2012. He went to the mat attacking his primary opponents, but when it came to Obama.. “he’s a nice family man”. Disgraceful. Or McShame in 2008… “You have nothing to fear from an Obama presidency”
Enough!! Vote them out!!! Corker, Sasse, Collins, Murkowski.
Truth be told, Jeff Flake is a known Trump-hater and he’s as popular as herpes in his home state Arizona, hence his speech delivered on his way out from politics is nothing more than virtue signaling from a RINO who knows he doesn’t stand a chance in 2018, together with other RINOs who also know they’re getting primaried ASAP. And for the POTUS, he really is a bull in a China-shop. He destroyed the Bush dynasty, the Clinton dynasty, Hollywood, the NFL, the fake news mainstream media, damn’, what next?
