John McCain Puts the Kibosh on Republicans’ Last Ditch Effort to Kill Obamacare

mccain strikes again

Republican Senator and notorious RINO/Never-Trumper John McCain announced on Friday his opposition to the GOP’s latest proposal to repeal Obamacare, leaving both Donald Trump and Republican leaders with almost zero hope of succeeding in their last minute attempt to kill the now infamous Affordable Care Act, which is anything but affordable.

John McCain was also the “mastermind with brain cancer” behind the coup de grace against his fellow Republicans repeal effort back in July, as his no-vote was decisive in allowing Obamacare to remain the law of the land. McCain released an official statement explaining his lack of support for the current Obamacare repeal proposal by Senators Lindsey Graham of South Carolina (a close friend of John McCain by the way) and Bill Cassidy of Louisiana:

“I cannot in good conscience vote for the Graham-Cassidy proposal. I believe we could do better working together, Republicans and Democrats, and have not yet really tried. Nor could I support it without knowing how much it will cost, how it will effect insurance premiums, and how many people will be helped or hurt by it.”

McCain’s vote against the repeal of Obamacare is a fatal blow delivered to the Republicans who only have 52 seats in the Senate, which means they can only afford to lose 2, or the repeal-bill would fail. Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky expressed his opposition to the Graham-Cassidy bill before McCain, arguing the respective repeal-bill keeps too much of Obamacare’s government spending on healthcare.

It is now obvious that the health insurance lobby runs our government. Even the President and the so-called Republican majority cant muster the votes needed to stop the flow of taxpayers money to the IRS and government coffers. Barry Obama knew the damage he was causing would be very hard to reverse. As long as there are a few holdouts in the new administration, the Democrats remain in control of our government and healthcare and that’s a fact.

Also, Rand has to realize that he’ll NEVER get the perfect bill he wants all at once,  not even a clean repeal, at least not from this Congress. He’s got to get it in small bites. And THIS is the beginning. Otherwise we’re permanently stuck with Obamacare.

You do realize that a straight repeal was voted on in the past by these exact-same jokers in the Congress today and it garnered enough votes at the time to pass? What changed other than a President who said he would not veto it?

Obamacare is an educational lesson on applied socialism. Its true purpose is not about us, it’s about bankrupting and collapsing the capitalist system. This is  the reason for the record deficits as well.

The Democrats passed this monstrosity in the middle of the night using the Reconciliation processes without a SINGLE Republican vote, nor were Republicans even ALLOWED to add a thing to the bill. The hypocrisy on McCain’s part is nauseating.
