According to a report from Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson on Friday, the US government and US Security agencies are not expecting immediate threats or dangers for Donald Trump’s January 20th official inauguration.
However, the event organizers are planning to use heavy duty barriers in order to stop potential jihadist truck attacks similar to those who left hundreds dead and injured last year in Germany and France.
Almost one million people are expected to attend President Elect’s inauguration in downtown Washington about a week from now. Jeh Johnson said that Homeland Security and the Secret Service, together with the National Guard have prepared extensively for the eventuality of lone-wolf attacks, similar to the atrocities in Nice and Berlin, where Islamic terrorists slammed trucks into huge crowds leaving dozens dead.
Johnson stressed that Homeland Security knows of no specific credible threat, though that’s far from being a valid argument or reassuring, as I can’t recall any terrorist attack foiled by the respective agency in recent history.
Among the almost one million people expected on January 20th, there are 99 different protest groups including known anarchists, who vowed to do their best to disrupt Donald Trump’s inauguration.
On the weird side of the news, Barack Obama just announced his decision to remove Maj. Gen. Errol Schwartz from command effective January 20th at 12,01 PM. Indeed, that’s exactly in the midst of Donald Trump’s inauguration.
And even weirder, this guy heads the DC National Guard, meaning that his departure will come during what’s regarded as a national special security event, when thousands of National Guardsmen (his troops basically) will be deployed in the streets helping to protect the US capital during Trump’s official inauguration.
Here’s an excerpt from interview on Friday morning with Maj. Gen. Errol Schwartz:
The timing is extremely unusual. My troops will be on the street. I’ll see them off, but I won’t be able to welcome them back to the armory…
The US general was flabbergasted by his firing and added he would never plan to leave a mission in the middle of a battle, end quote. In response to Obama’s strange decision, Phil Mendelson, DC Council Chairman said:
It doesn’t make sense to can the general in the middle of an active deployment,
Is this an indication of a future false flag event, i.e. Obama trying to make the National Guard to stand down in the eventuality of anti Trump rioters wreaking havoc in the country’s capital? Your guess is as good as mine, however, Obama’s administration claims that the firing of Errol R. Schwartz was a consequence of accepting the resignations of a larger group, without realizing Errol’s role in the inauguration (incompetence trumps conspiracy, right?).
Errol R. Schwartz spent months helping to plan Trump’s inauguration security procedures, during which he would command the members of the DC Guard together with 5000 additional/unarmed troops deployed on the streets, brought in from across the US to help with crowd control. Errol R. Schwartz was fired via an email from Pentagon, which also announced the appointment of the interim commander, a brigadier general.
