After recently conducting ground tests on a brand new high trust rocket engine, which was described by North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un as nothing short of revolutionary with regard to the country’s (nonexistent) space program (read ICBM), a shocking warning was issued by the Pyongyang regime on Sunday.
North Korea has vowed to launch a nuclear attack on the United States if a single bullet was fired in the context of a joint military exercise taking place currently between the US and South Korea.
The DPRK rogue regime issued that stunning threat as massive war games are being carried out in the region with US troops flooding the Korean Peninsula.
The Pyongyang regime is known for incessantly accusing the US (and the rest of the world for that matter) for the tensions they create in the first place. In the latest escalation, we’re now dealing with the clear and present danger of a nuclear war, as North Korea continues to improve its nuclear capabilities, including the development of new missiles which are now claimed to be capable of striking the United States mainland, at least according to “dear leader” Kim Jong Un’s bellicose statements.
To put things into perspective, the new White House administration announced last week via Trump’s State Secretary Rex Tillerson that war with North Korea is now on the table.
US soldiers, warships and aircraft are currently involved in war games with their South Korean counterparts in Seoul, as the USS Carl Vinson, a nuclear powered aircraft carrier, just arrived in the peninsula, accompanied by a strike group of destroyers.
The US/South Korea joint military exercise is engaged (among other things) in drills which test the viability of various plans to “decapitate” the North Korean leadership if nuclear tensions reach a certain limit, and that doesn’t help much with calming the situation. Seal Team 6 is also deployed in the area.
After the recent incident with the DPRK launching 4 missiles into the Sea of Japan thus sparking international fury and Kim Jong Un rushing the construction of a new Hydrogen-bomb factory which is aimed at producing highly capable nuclear weapons, the foreign ministry of North Korea issued this statement:
“The Korean People’s Army will reduce the bases of aggression and provocation to ashes with its invincible Hwasong rockets tipped with nuclear warheads and reliably defend the security of the country and its people’s happiness in case the US and the South Korean puppet forces fire even a single bullet at the territory of the DPRK.”
