President Trump ‘Absolutely’ Considers Breaking Up US 9th Circuit of Appeals

In an exclusive interview for the Washington Examiner, President Donald Trump stated (to his fan base delight) that he’s absolutely considering breaking up the United States Ninth Circuit of Appeals which is, at this point, a rogue liberal machine if it ever was one.

The now infamous US 9th Circuit of Appeals is well known for blocking President Trump’s executive orders on two occasions, and we’re  talking about the so-called travel ban which incidentally barred 7 muslim-majority countries residents from entering the US together with halting the refugee admission on US territory.

During his interview at the White House, the POTUS said (stating the obvious I may add) on Wednesday that, let me quote:

There are many people that want to break up the 9th Circuit. It’s outrageous. Everybody immediately runs to the 9th Circuit. And we have a big country. We have lots of other locations. But they immediately run to the 9th Circuit. Because they know that’s like, semi-automatic,

These comments came just 1 day after another Obama appointee (a Democrat activist by any definition), the United States District Judge William Orrick issued a temporary block on President Trump’s executive order aimed at withholding federal funds from sanctuary cities that refuse to comply with federal law and to cooperate with ICE officers.
San Fransicko based Judge Orrick argued that the President doesn’t have the authority to withhold funding from sanctuary cities, as only the Congress can decide over federal spending. If appealed, this case will also go before the US Ninth Circuit with predictable results.
The 9th Circuit of Appeals has been long criticized by conservatives and Republicans for its hard left/liberal leanings and also for its huge geographical reach, not to mention the fact that 18 out of its 25 judges were appointed by Democratic Presidents and the 9th Circuit has an 80% reversal rate at the US Supreme Court.
However, it’s worth mentioning that only the US Congress (led by the quintessential RINO Ryan by the way) has the power to form, disband or limit the scope of a Federal Court’s Jurisdiction.
President Trump has said on Wednesday:

“The language could not be any clearer. I mean, the language on the ban, it reads so easy that a reasonably good student in the first grade will fully understand it. And they don’t even mention the words in their rejection on the ban. And the same thing with this [sanctuary city decision]. I mean, when you have people that are being enabled to commit crime. And in San Francisco, when you look at Kate Steinle being shot and here is the court, you know, right in that same general area. And when you look at a Kate Steinle, when you look at so many other things.

“Sanctuary cities have been very, very dangerous, very, very bad. And, you know, we’ve done a great job on law enforcement, we’ve done a great job at the border. And all of our most talented people say sanctuary cities are a disaster.”

“You see judge shopping, or what’s gone on with these people, they immediately run to the 9th Circuit. It’s got close to an 80 percent reversal period, and what’s going on in the 9th Circuit is a shame.”
