President Trump delivered a speech on Tuesday evening at the Trump Tower in New York. The speech was focused at one of the POTUS’ latest executive orders concerning  US infrastructure spending. Following the speech, Donald Trump defended his initial response on Saturday concerning the violence that erupted during the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.

President Trump argued that it was quasi-impossible to make a quick judgement in real time considering how rapidly the events unfolded. President Trump has said during Tuesday’s presser:

“What about the ‘alt-left’ that came charging at, as you say, the ‘alt-right’? Do they have any semblance of guilt?” They came charging with clubs in their hands,”

“There is blame on both sides, I have no doubt about it,

That’s what he originally said and he was right. It was only after the pearl clutching media went after him in their typical faux outrage for not mention the Nazis that he changed his condemnation. He happens to be right, there is plenty of blame on both sides and uniting this country is about not picking one side over the other.

Sometimes the POTUS says stuff that is very shocking. Then you are shocked again when you realize he was right.
