Red Bull’s CEO Dietrich Mateschitz, the richest man in Austria and a world known figure slammed the European Union’s policies in a rare interview, deploring the forced multiculturalism and the mass immigration that threatens to demolish Europe’s genuine cultural diversity.
Mr. Dietrich Mateschitz gave an interview for the Kleine Zeitung newspaper, during which he criticized the decisions of EU key officials, especially the open borders with zero vetting policy, which resulted in the catastrophic migrant crisis, deeming it impardonable and arguing that if a private company would have done such mistakes on a similar scale, the respective company would have gone broke.
Mr. Dietrich Mateschitz highlighted the double measure and the hypocrisies of what he refers to as the welcome refugee brigade. Speaking of mass immigration, Red Bull’s boss said:
“I am talking about the fact that none of the people shouting ‘refugees welcome’ or [Chancellor Angela Merkel’s famous phrase] ‘we can do it’ were preparing their own guest rooms or tents in their gardens to accommodate half a dozen migrants.
“Even then it was clear to everyone that most of the people [arriving in the continent] did not correspond to the definition of the refugee. In any case, not the Geneva Convention”.
Mr. Mateschitz also took a hard stance against what he describes as the destabilization of Europe. In his view, mass immigration threatens to destroy the Old Continent’s individuality and genuine diversity, as Europe was multicultural before, but in a natural (as in not forced by mass immigration) way, i.e. a place where different countries with different cultures and languages learned to coexist after 2 world wars.
Referring to previous comments made by a EU bureaucrat back in 2015, the European Comission VP Timmermans, who claimed that any society in the world will be “diverse” in the future, Red Bull’s CEO said about the cancer of political correctness coming from the top down over the European peoples:
“I hope I’m not the only one who’s worried that one of the highest officials in Brussels said that countries which aren’t multicultural should be wiped off the map”“It seems that no one dares to tell the truth, even if everyone knows what the truth is.The elites want citizens to be frightened, and easily manipulated,”
He also slammed the so called elites, which are nothing but unelected EU bureaucrats projecting their obsessions and obscure agenda over the rest of the world, despite the fact that they are people who contributed nothing to the continent:
“Policies which are steeped in political correctness have been imposed in the name of a self-proclaimed, so-called intellectual elite who have nothing to contribute to our country neither economically nor culturally despite their best intentions,”
About Russia, the billionaire Formula One investor said that he doesn’t need anybody to tell him who his enemies are, hinting at the way Russia was demonized by the Western establishment and their lapdog mainstream media. Also, EU’s economical sanctions on Russia resulted in European countries and private companies losing billions of Euros.
