A political television ad aimed at targeting libertarians and conservatives funded by a George Soros linked immigrant rights group is labeling all Trump supporters as white supremacists. The TV ad is paid for by Latino Victory Project, a Soros linked organization and it’s aimed at smearing Virginia GOP gubernatorial nominee Ed Gillespie, by urging voters to “reject hate”. The ad was released in both Spanish and English on Monday.
Virginia voters are expected to the polls next week. The ad depicts Latino and black kids as they wake up from a nightmare in which a pickup truck flying a Confederate flag and decorated with Gillespie campaign bumper stickers chases them through the neighborhood. The cherry on top, the truck boasts a “Don’t Tread on Me” Gadsden flag license plate.
There’s also footage of the Charlotesville protests from last summer, while the narrator says: “Is this what Donald Trump and Ed Gillespie mean by the American Dream?”
Latino Victory Project president Cristóbal Alex was quoted as saying: “In a desperate attempt to become Virginia’s next governor, Ed Gillespie has eagerly embraced racism and xenophobia,”
The video was blasted by Gillespie’s campaign manager Chris Leavitt, who described it as a lame smear campaign aimed at depicting Virginia conservatives as neo-Nazi white supremacists. Mr. Leavitt said:
“Now his allies have reached a new low with a disgusting, vile television ad seeking to instill fear in our children with that same imagery. This is not an attack on Ed Gillespie anymore. This is an all-out attack on the people of Virginia. This latest ad gives a clear indication of just what Ralph Northam and his national Democratic allies think of all of us, and it’s sickening.”
The racist-sounding Latino Victory Project (imagine a White Victory Project and the left’s reaction to it) is nothing more than a George Soros mouthpiece.
