Special Counsel Mueller Unlawfully Obtained Transition Docs in Russia Investigation(VIDEO)

Mueller Unlawfully Obtained Transition Emails

According to an article via Axios’ Mike Ellen, special counsel Robert Mueller managed to put his hands (secretly, obviously) on thousands of documents (emails actually) exchanged by officials from Donald Trump’s transition team. President Trump’s personal lawyer Kory Langhofer blasted Robert Mueller as the news broke about the transition emails, accusing him of unlawful behavior, as in illegally obtaining the respective docs.

As per a FOX News report:

A lawyer for the Trump presidential transition team is accusing Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office of inappropriately obtaining transition documents as part of its Russia probe, including confidential attorney-client communications and privileged communications.

In a letter obtained by Fox News and sent to House and Senate committees on Saturday, the transition team’s attorney alleges “unlawful conduct” by the career staff at the General Services Administration in handing over transition documents to the special counsel’s office.

Kory Langhofer, the counsel to Trump for America, wrote in the letter that the special counsel’s office is aware that the GSA “did not own or control the records in question.”

Trump’s lawyer emphasized that Robert Mueller’s office has, let me quote: “extensively used the materials in question, including portions that are susceptible to claims of privilege.” The secret intel was obtained by special counsel’s office via the General Services Administration (GSA). Here’s from the Axios article:

  • The emails include 12 accounts, one of which contains about 7,000 emails, the sources said.
  • The accounts include the team’s political leadership and the foreign-policy team, the sources said.

Why it matters: The transition emails are said to include sensitive exchanges on matters that include potential appointments, gossip about the views of particular senators involved in the confirmation process, speculation about vulnerabilities of Trump nominees, strategizing about press statements, and policy planning on everything from war to taxes.

As the reports of dishonesty, deceit, and collusion mount, expect Mueller and his band of Hillaryites to make a move soon, as they’re becoming desperate. If you’ve missed Rosenstein’s testimony before Congress, he was asked specifically if Mueller had asked to extend his investigation beyond the boundaries of the initial (Russia) investigation and Rosenstein would not deny it. It is very obvious Rosenstein has given Mueller full reign to go where he wants. So if no Russian collusion is found in these unlawfully obtained emails, then they must shut this down. Special counsel should only be appointed to investigate a crime.

Mueller should be prosecuted for this along with the GSA who handed these over. Anyone else would be disbarred for this, but of course there’s no justice or accountability in DC.
