As I already told you in a previous article from last week (Breaking News: President Trump Announces He Will Pardon Sheriff Joe Arpaio During Phoenix Rally), Donald Trump pardoned 85 year old Sheriff Joe Arpaio over the weekend, making for many on both political isles to get triggered by his so-called ‘lawless’ deed.

85 year old Sheriff Joe Arpaio was convicted of criminal contempt by a federal judge for disobeying a federal order with regard to detaining individuals suspected of being in the U.S. illegally. The thing is, along with millions of Democrats (which is hardly surprising), a number of prominent never-Trump Republicans, including Senator John McCain, The House Speaker Paul RINO Ryan and Jeff Flake decided to take a public stand against the POTUS decision.
“They’re trying to go after the president. He’s a great guy and I’m with him and will always be with him. I’m sad what they’re doing to him. It’s sad.”
Here’s what never-Trumpers tweeted following Joe Arpaio’s pardon by the President:

Regarding the Arpaio pardon, I would have preferred that the President honor the judicial process and let it take its course.

House Speaker Ryan did not comment directly, but he issued a statement via his spokesman regarding President Trump’s blatant disregard for, let me quote: the rights of everyone (whatever that means) in the United States:
“Law-enforcement officials have a special responsibility to respect the rights of everyone in the United States. We should not allow anyone to believe that responsibility is diminished by this pardon,”
“What’s on display here is frankly the hypocrisy from the left. We had President Obama pardoning hundreds of thugs… Where was the outrage from the left when he was pardoning thugs and murderers and unrepentant terrorists like that?”
Obama’s pardoning of convicted terrorists and drug dealers wasn’t condemned by the media nor the political establishment, but actually celebrated. President Trump pardons a Sheriff and all hell breaks loose.
