Trump Tells Media on Comey Tapes: You’re Going to Be Very Disappointed!

President Donald Trump denied former FBI director James Comey’s testimony  before Congress, saying the mainstream media will be very disappointed to find out what’s on those “Comey tapes”. The claim was made during a press conference with Romania’s President Klaus Werner Iohannis. During the presser, The Donald dropped a lot of truth bombs in a relatively brief press conference, hinting he actually is in possession of the now-infamous recordings.

So, basically, Comey’s reputation, or what’s left of it is in shambles. Let’s see a little quote:

Reporter: “And you seem to be hinting that there are recordings of those conversations.”

Trump:  “I’m not hinting anything.  I’ll tell you about it over a very short period of time….Oh, you’re going to be very disappointed when you hear the answer. Don’t worry.”

When asked if he would be ready to refute James Comey’s testimony while under oath, President Trump said that he stands behind his words 100%:

Reporter:  “Would you be willing to speak under oath to give your version of events?”

Trump:  “100%.  I hardly know the man, I’m not going to say “I want you to pledge allegiance.”  Who would do that?  I mean think of it.  I hardly know the man.  It doesn’t make sense.”

The POTUS also said he feels vindicated by Comey’s testimony:

“No collusion, no obstruction, he’s a leaker…”
