Breaking: Active Shooter at Texas Tech, One Police Officer Shot Dead

This just in: an active shooter was reported at Texas Tech and apparently, one police officer was shot dead in the exchange. The suspect is on the loose. This is the picture of the alleged shooter:

The shooting took place at approximately 8 PM local time on Monday night on 413 Flint Avenue, at Texas Tech Police Department headquarters in Lubbock. The suspect was summarily described as a 6 feet tall/140 pounds male, with red hair and blue eyes, wearing blue jeans and a white T-shirt.

RT reports that Hollis A. Daniels, 19, a freshman student at Texas Tech is believed to be connected to the shooting and he’s currently searched for by Texas Tech Police. Also, the suspect was reportedly driving a silver 2001 BMW SUV.
